YOU MUST KNOW THIS.

To ensure that we provide the best possible experience for our clients, we have certain restrictions in place. Please take note of the following guidelines:

 

  •  To ensure that we can focus on capturing the perfect shots, we kindly request that you limit the number of additional people present during the photoshoot to a minimum.

  • We ask that you only bring children to your photoshoot if they are part of the photo session.

  • While we take every precaution to ensure that our equipment is in good working order, accidents can happen. If any equipment is damaged or broken during the photoshoot due to client negligence, the client will be responsible for the cost of repair or replacement.

  • We require a 50% deposit to secure your booking. This deposit is non-refundable in the event of cancellation, no-show, or failure to adhere to the timeframes outlined when booking.

  • We understand that sometimes delays can occur, but we ask that you please make every effort to arrive on time for your scheduled photoshoot. Any delays beyond 30 minutes will incur an additional charge of $25 per 30 minutes. (Ex. 1hr. delay adds up to $50).

  • We take pride in delivering high-quality images that capture the essence of your unique vision. Please allow up to 5 business days for us to process and deliver your photos. 

  • Failure to show up for your scheduled photoshoot will result in a forfeit of your deposit.

  • Clients are allowed to reschedule without losing their deposit. We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise. Therefore, clients are allowed to reschedule their photoshoot without losing their deposit, provided that the rescheduling is done at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled photoshoot.

  • All digital rights to the images taken during your photoshoot remain the property of the photographer. However, we do grant clients the right to print and share the images for personal use.
